Bible Study / Sunday School / Small groups

No matter what title you may be used to, we study God's Word in small groups in order to grow. It is part of the authority the local church has from the Lord's Great Commission. The mandate in Matthew 28:18-20 is to go into our world with the authority of Jesus and make disciples, baptizing and teaching others to obey as we have been taught to obey. Our obedience stems from spending time with the Lord and the Lord's people. Sunday School is one of our primary ways to do this.  

  • We have classes for all ages from children through Senior Adult. 
  • There several classes for married couples that are open and inviting. 
  • We offer a Sr. Men's and two Sr. Ladies classes. 
  • We have College and Career class for young singles. 

Our hope is that if the Lord leads you here to FBC, Franklin that you will choose to grow and get involved in a Bible Study class. Small groups are the best place for growth, friendship, accountability and a great motivation to live for Jesus through the week. The best place to go is the Welcome Center in the lobby and someone will escort you or direct you to the class of your choice. Being involved in a small group leads to other opportunities also like: outreach and missions, fellowship and deeper friendships, ministry opportunities through the week, and information about our ongoing programming.
